Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Driver Qualifications Processing Team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of driver qualifications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize Time to Hire and Driver Onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation-related roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Working knowledge of EMS and Cognos software.
  • Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Access experience a plus.
