The Chief Information Technology Officer will oversee the deployment and management of network infrastructure, software application systems, database systems, cybersecurity systems, telecommunication systems, and end-user systems.

This role is responsible for creating and producing metric values and reporting related to production service performance and quality, diagnosing and resolving complex problems, and managing resources according to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, plan, and lead technology-related activities in alignment with the credit union's plans and needs.
  • Develop and maintain applications and integrations between critical systems for the credit union.
  • Ensure all appropriate data and physical security measures are in place and operational to protect the credit union's information assets.
  • Oversee and monitor service/help desk operations to ensure that end-users receive positive and timely responses and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain an IT Strategic Plan, in line with the overall credit union strategy.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to IT operations, including software, hardware, cloud, and service costs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance security posture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5-7 years of similar experience supporting IT needs in a diverse environment.
  • Firm understanding of cybersecurity and infrastructure systems.
  • Knowledge of network operations and all related computer hardware and software.
  • 5-7 years of management experience.
