**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist students in developing and improving their tennis skills through personalized coaching and instruction.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.
  • Evaluate students' tennis skills and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to each student's age, objectives, and skill level.
  • Provide guidance on tennis game strategies and good sportsmanship.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Tennis Coach or Instructor.
  • Strong knowledge of various coaching techniques and methodologies.
  • CPR and first aid certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of all ages and skill levels.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5pm-8pm (rotationally)
  • Location: FIU Modesto Maidique Campus
