Job Title: Barre, Yoga and Mat Pilates Instructors

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Barre, Yoga, and Mat Pilates Instructors to join our team at Equinox in Miami.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional fitness experiences to our members through engaging and challenging classes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Equinox brand and its offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Group Fitness Manager to ensure seamless class operations and member satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Barre, Yoga, and Pilates instruction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that fosters growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Current certification in Barre, Yoga, or Pilates.
  • Proven teaching experience and ability to adapt to diverse class settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fitness and commitment to ongoing professional development.
