Our operational hours are: 10:00AM - 6:00PM Monday through Friday; 10:00AM - 6:00PM on Saturday and Closed on Sunday.

This role provides an hourly wage of $13.00, along with the opportunity to earn a commission ranging from 2-8% based on your individual performance. As you cultivate your customer relationships, your commissions can grow.

Position Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, entry-level sales representatives to join our retail locations across the country. The Customer Service Sales Representative collaborates with the store team to deliver exceptional service on both lending and retail fronts. This role involves greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, processing sales, loans, and various transactions. Our representatives thrive on customer interaction and are adept at addressing inquiries and resolving issues. You will work with a diverse range of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, and tools.

The Full-Time Customer Service Sales Representative position offers an hourly wage, in addition to commission based on individual productivity. Actual compensation will depend on various factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with all customers to build rapport and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Execute non-management opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
  • Conduct sales and loan transactions in compliance with established policies and regulations.
  • Handle cash and negotiable items according to company standards.
  • Answer incoming calls in accordance with company protocols.
  • Clearly communicate the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
  • Foster effective communication with coworkers and management, demonstrating respect and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with all staff to create a positive customer experience.
  • Complete assigned training successfully.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Must be willing to work with firearms and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Minimum Age: 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong desire to work in a team-oriented environment and serve customers.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in basic math calculations.
  • Cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in various locations as needed.
  • Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Computer literate and capable of operating Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.

Compensation Information:

Entry Level Base Payrate: $11.50

Entry Level Maximum Base Payrate: $13.00

Commission Plan:

Employees have the potential to earn commissions based on personal performance metrics, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on store performance.
