This role is pivotal in overseeing the hiring and management of installation teams while ensuring seamless operations across sales, warehouse, and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management
    Recruit, onboard, and mentor installation personnel, leveraging their strengths to enhance team performance. Conduct regular safety training sessions and develop a quality assurance program to monitor installation efficacy.
  • Operational Oversight
    Exhibit a thorough understanding of financial metrics relevant to the flooring business, ensuring accuracy in operations. Schedule installations effectively by liaising with both installers and clients, maintaining precise documentation.
  • Customer Engagement
    Uphold exceptional customer service standards by actively communicating with clients to confirm installation specifics and ensure timely, quality execution of services.
  • Warehouse Coordination
    Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage deliveries, procure special products, and oversee claims processing.
  • Business Development
    Participate in ongoing training initiatives to foster professional growth and disseminate essential knowledge to installation teams. Address customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications
