Lamination Supervisor

Cardinal Services Inc of Indiana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lamination Supervisor to join our team. As a Lamination Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the lamination process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the lamination process to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of lamination products, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and team lift 100 pounds.
