The ideal candidate should possess admission to practice in New York and have a minimum of two (2) to seven (7) years of experience in advising clients on corporate and real estate business transactions, particularly in the realm of mergers and acquisitions.


Lewis Brisbois' Corporate Practice provides guidance to large, mid-sized, and small enterprises as well as investors across a diverse array of corporate and business dealings. This includes, but is not limited to: selection of business structure and formation, corporate governance, corporate finance, compliance with federal and state securities regulations, stock option and deferred compensation schemes, commercial law and finance, secured transactions, equipment leasing, international business law issues, and the management of mergers and acquisitions alongside other corporate reorganizations.

The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities, legal research and writing skills, complemented by strong communication capabilities.
