Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fast Food Manager to support and manage fast food brand operations, including Popeyes, KFC, and McDonald's.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner according to all established procedures, performance standards, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Ensure utmost guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service and a clean and pleasant environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and complete paperwork relating to restaurant and personnel.
  • Employee Management: Maintain order and discipline among all employees.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial performance to budgets, focusing on payroll, cash and receipts, efficiency, food costs, security of funds, and operating expenses, and adhere to cash management policies.
  • Cash Handling: Manage checklists and cash reporting; identify cash shortages and overages during shift.
  • Scheduling: Create crew schedules and identify when to send the crew home according to labor models and customer traffic/volume patterns.
  • Inventory Management: Perform all ordering, accounting, and maintaining product and supply inventories.
  • Compliance: Take initiative to immediately act on violations of safety, sanitation, and security policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years management experience in high-volume fast food establishment(s).
  • Experience with food cost, inventory, and labor cost.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Customer service experience a must.
