We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus in Irvine, California.

This full-time position requires two years of experience working with a litigation firm, preferably in a similar role. As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with attorneys and paralegals, performing a variety of duties to support the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to attorneys, including preparing and editing legal documents, correspondence, and other materials.
  2. Schedule appointments, depositions, conference calls, and site inspections, ensuring timely and efficient communication with all parties involved.
  3. Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, to ensure seamless access to information.
  4. Develop and implement effective systems for managing multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  5. Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  6. Stay up-to-date with California and Federal Court procedures and requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  7. Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills and computer literacy to efficiently manage software programs and tools.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience working with a litigation firm, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
  • Working familiarity with California and Federal Court procedures and requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure, follow directions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files.

Compensation:

The hourly wage range for this position is $24.00 to $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.
