POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our loyal clientele by sharing your industry insights while ensuring the store maintains its optimal appearance. Your contributions will enhance the shopping experience by collaborating with your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Capability to obtain an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit
  • Ability to secure an Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification

  • Delivering prompt and courteous service to customers
  • Efficiently and accurately operating the cash register
  • Performing general cleaning tasks to meet company standards
  • Working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Staying organized, paying attention to detail, following instructions, and multitasking effectively
  • Complying with cash handling policies to minimize losses
  • Understanding and executing both written and verbal instructions
  • Communicating effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
  • Meeting state and local regulations for the sale and handling of alcoholic beverages
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and navigate the store
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, utilizing a dolly when necessary for safety
  • Must be capable of performing duties with minimal supervision
