Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, processing customer purchases, and performing general cleaning duties.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a well-organized store.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions and maintaining a secure and confidential environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Liquor Permit: Ability to maintain an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit.
  • Server Training: Ability to maintain an Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and Mobility: Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to move less than 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally, using a dolly when needed to ensure safety.
