Patient Experience Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Patient Experience and Medical Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Serenity AG in Roseville, CA. As a Patient Experience Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an atmosphere that allows both patients and providers to thrive. This includes managing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth clinic operations, including timely opening and secure closing, patient communications, scheduling, and coordinating patient care.
- Patient Advocacy: Create a personalized experience for each patient, from profile check to departure, including pre-arrival communications, treatment room inspection, meet-and-greet, in-room check-in, and individualized safety requirements.
- Administrative Support: Assist the authorization team in verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, manage intake and medical forms, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of clinical supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Communication: Provide excellent communication skills, answering patient calls, emails, and voicemails, and making outbound calls as needed.
- Candidate Profile: A self-starter with a startup mentality, flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, and high emotional intelligence with empathy.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Chromebooks, MacBooks, mobile apps, and excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, and walk up to 8 hours with the capacity to lift and carry up to 20lbs.
- Education: College degree in healthcare administration or business administration preferred.
