Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and track product availability to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
