Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in maintaining the daily operations of the customer service and sales team at Expanding Local Firm. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining processes, procedures, and programs to improve customer service and promote company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication to customers and colleagues
  • Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team, to meet customer commitments
  • Adapt to frequent changes in the work environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to cross-train and develop team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities
