About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Intake and Placement Specialist I to join our team at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting Permanency Case Managers in ensuring the well-being and safety of children in care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective plans for children in care.
  • Provide support and guidance to Permanency Case Managers in their work with children and families.
  • Work closely with the supervisor to build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of vulnerable children in our communities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field (preferred).
  • Experience in child welfare intake, placement services, or other social service experience (strongly preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
