Position Overview:
This position plays a crucial role in assisting the Marketing department with various functions including advertising, promotional strategies, events, market analysis, budget oversight, and other marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to evaluate the competitive environment, market dynamics, and consumer preferences.
  • Compile reports by gathering, summarizing, and interpreting pertinent data.
  • Manage schedules, organize promotional materials, and relay campaign goals and timelines to the team.
  • Coordinate and oversee trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings.
  • Maintain an updated inventory and catalog of marketing and sales resources, ensuring accuracy and relevance while coordinating updates and new material development as necessary.
  • Develop content and layout for various communications, including newsletters, websites, emails, brochures, advertisements, and social media.
  • Support the creation of targeted marketing initiatives aimed at achieving strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to facilitate the production and updates of materials such as brochures.
  • Utilize administrative functions of systems to manage the organization's website, email marketing, and databases.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with digital communication technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, with a foundational understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • A bachelor's degree or certification in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related discipline; or over three years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds as needed.

Salary Range:
$52,000 to $65,000
