At ADAC Automotive, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to lead our product / program quoting process. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of product costing, financial acumen, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product / program quoting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quotes to the organization.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes for product / program quoting, driving continuous improvements and automation where possible.
  • Manage product costing, including direct and indirect costs, fully landed costs, and variable and fixed overhead.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, driving accountability and ensuring profitably results.
  • Coordinate and distribute information effectively, ensuring deliverables are met within required timing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of technical and manufacturing work experience and education.
  • 3+ years of experience in a cost estimating position, with a strong financial acumen.
  • Management/Leadership training and previous demonstration of required people leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the automotive or plastics industries.
  • Experience working in product costing and quoting.
  • 3+ years as a people leader.
Other Key Skills:
  • Communication: Ability to simplify complex information for executive alignment and decision-making.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Identifies complex problems and develops and evaluates options and potential solutions.
  • Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of product manufacturing, including raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and logistics.
  • Management: Understanding and use of best practices in employee development, performance monitoring, and review.
