- Consultative Role: Act as a primary consultant for administrative and clinical staff on psychological issues. Represent the psychological department in various professional gatherings, offering expert insights and guidance to other divisions and community organizations.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensure: A valid psychology license in the state of Ohio is required.
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a licensed psychologist is essential.
- Management Skills: Proven ability to oversee psychological programs and research initiatives effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities to create clear and concise reports and directives.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in identifying issues, gathering relevant data, and deriving sound conclusions.
- Crisis Intervention: Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to challenging situations.
- Counseling Expertise: Skilled in providing counseling services on sensitive psychological topics.
- Technical Proficiency: Capability to interpret complex information from various professional resources.
$85 per hour, based on a standard 40-hour work week.
