Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the interdisciplinary team and ensure high-quality patient care delivery
  • Support the development and retention of nursing staff
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or active enrollment in an advanced healthcare degree program
  • At least 2 years of experience in a specialty area, preferably in a leadership role
  • Active New York State Nursing License
  • BLS certification is required, PALS certification is preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Repetitive use of hands and fingers
  • Light lifting and carrying
  • Sitting, walking, or standing for extended periods

Compensation: $95,000 to $115,000 per year
