Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee project schedules and earned value baselines.
  • Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and manage the development of schedules and budgets for each WBS element.
  • Gather and compile schedule updates from construction management teams and contractors.
  • Maintain and update the project construction schedule baseline.
  • Generate detailed reports, charts, and diagrams to communicate schedule progress and performance.
  • Analyze project timelines to identify potential issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Support network schedule calculations and related reporting tasks.
  • Engage in the preparation of periodic status reports to keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with project teams to prepare the schedule section of monthly reports.

Qualifications:

Project Scheduler I:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling for engineering or construction projects.

Project Scheduler II:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling for engineering or construction projects.

Essential Skills:

  • Commitment to health and safety standards in line with the company's Zero Injury principles.
  • Experience with earned value management software and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Primavera.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, including blueprints and contracts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
