Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to work in a fast-paced clinical laboratory setting. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to help diagnose and treat patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood draws, urinalyses, and other clinical laboratory tests.
  • Collect and process laboratory specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and other laboratory instruments.
  • Record and report laboratory results, including test results and patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other laboratory personnel, to ensure accurate and timely test results.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
