Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Planner to join our team at Insight Global. As an Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for executing data and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Accuracy: Assist in ensuring the accuracy of data to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.
  • Inbound Shipments: Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
  • Inventory Analysis: Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
  • Purchase Order Execution: Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.
Requirements
  • 1 year of relevant experience in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse work.
  • Highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
  • Flexible, with good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for 80% of a shift.
  • Flexibility to work on call as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with POs, SKUs, or any ERP system.
