Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribe assistive medical devices and related patient vital signs and medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Administer non-intravenous medications and implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Modify patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience with an LTC or hospital
- Certifications: RN state license, BLS, COVID card
