Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to implement evidence-based interventions and treatments unique to patient needs.
  • Assist with health education of patients and family, utilizing patient education resources.
  • Document patient information in a thorough, concise, and timely manner according to nursing department standards.
  • Fulfill professional role expectations and requirements, demonstrating behaviors aligned with the organization's mission and vision.
