Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our team at KIDZ Medical Services. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and patients, ensuring that our IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to IT tickets and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff and patients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows hardware and software.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our IT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT services.
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Associate degree or equivalent required.
- A+, Network+, Server+, and MTA certifications preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
