We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at CentraCare in Willmar, Minnesota.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a licensed healthcare professional to treat patients of all ages, from Pediatrics through Geriatrics. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a clinical setting and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat acute short-term illnesses
- Provide preventative care, including routine check-ups and health-risk assessments
- Perform health screenings and give immunizations
- Manage and coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions
- Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota
- BLS Certification
