Position Overview: The role of the Adjunct in the Lifetime Fitness Center encompasses various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Guiding patrons on the correct usage of fitness equipment
- Instructing patrons on suitable workout routines
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals in the fitness center
- Monitoring any health-related incidents among patrons
- Addressing specific testing requests from patrons within the fitness center's scope
- Supervising the fitness center's check-in staff
- Overseeing cleanliness and sanitation protocols
Essential Qualifications:
- Current CPR/AED Certification.
- Bachelor's degree or an HLC Approved Personal Training Certification.
- Physical capability to perform necessary tasks.
- Proficient computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Health or Wellness or HLC Approved Certifications.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a Fitness Center or Health Club.
