The Registered Nurse - New Graduate - Acute Care role at MaineHealth is an exciting opportunity for new graduates to transition into a rewarding career in nursing. As a member of our team, you will be working progressively towards competency and independence in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
CompensationWe offer a competitive salary with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for eligible new graduates with 0-2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for those with greater than 2 years of RN work experience. Bonus amount prorated for part-time hires.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe New Graduate Program is designed to support new graduate nurses in making the transition from student to competent clinical practitioner. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced healthcare professionals who value teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
