Job Summary

We are currently seeking a MRI Technician to fill a short-term position at a reputable healthcare facility in Brunswick, Maine. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MRI scans with precision and accuracy, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to interpret scan results and develop effective treatment plans.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid MRI Technologist certification (RT(R)) from the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an MRI Technologist in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in medical imaging software and equipment, including MRI scanners and related hardware.
Compensation and Benefits
