You will be tasked with the design, development, and enhancement of systems, ensuring they fulfill all specifications and are effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct cross-functional teams to implement Marine programs effectively
  • Provide critical technical guidance on projects with substantial business implications
  • Guarantee technical quality and timely project completion while adhering to certification agency standards
  • Facilitate the exchange of technical and business information among teams
  • Analyze and present technical data to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate with management regarding technical, financial, and programmatic matters
  • Accurately document technical activities
  • Offer technical mentorship and foster professional development within the team
  • Oversee product and systems requirements, specifications, and validation processes
  • Define product specifications and supervise product integration and system testing
  • Specialize in your discipline and contribute to strategic and policy formulation

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in systems engineering

  • Proven problem-solving and project management skills
  • Experience in Marine Gas Turbine Package Engineering and Ship Propulsion System Integration
