About the Role:

Carter's/OshKosh is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You will be the face of our brand, and your primary goal will be to drive sales and revenue growth while maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
