Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at American Consolidated Natural Resources, Inc. (ACNR). As a Welder, you will be responsible for repairing and fabricating mining equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Welding knowledge and skill are essential for this role
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Basic knowledge of blueprints and general fabrication abilities
  • Follow instructions and ensure all aspects of the job are covered
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in proper working order
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of welding experience
  • CAD experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Effective communication is required
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements
  • Promotes safety throughout the team
  • Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team or independently
