Job Title: Material Handler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at iNTERMOUNTAIN ELECTRONICS INC. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for unloading steel product deliveries, organizing and maintaining steel inventory levels, and assisting in the fabrication process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Unload steel on delivery trucks and verify against purchase orders
- Stock steel in designated areas for inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized steel stock area
- Assist in reviewing pick sheets and pulling products for jobs
- Collaborate with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations
- Use overhead crane and rigging items to move and place steel

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with welding and fabrication
- Ability to use a MIG welder and discern correct welding applications
- Ability to climb to and work from elevated platforms, ladders, and walkways
- Essential rigging knowledge
- Good math skills and ability to read and interpret shop/engineering drawings

Work Environment:

- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Frequently stand for prolonged periods, lifting/moving up to 100 pounds, and using hand and power tools
- Collaborate with a team to achieve production goals
