Here are some key responsibilities associated with this role:

Sales Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage Heavy and Medium Duty inventory
• Process warranty-related documentation
• Update truck sales inventory on social media and company website
• Prepare truck transactions for the accounting department
• Maintain truck files for quoting purposes
• Oversee the Delivery Board
• Coordinate and assist with the delivery and pickup of sold trucks
• Move trucks on the lot as necessary
• Liaise with other departments regarding truck delivery
• Communicate with management and customers about delivery issues
• Interact with body companies
• Issue purchase orders related to truck transactions
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Attend required training sessions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Be available to work as scheduled
• Take responsibility for equipment care
• Follow safety guidelines

Sales Operations Specialist Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of two years of administrative experience is necessary. Experience in heavy-duty truck sales or knowledge of heavy-duty trucks is preferred.
• A CDL is preferred.
