We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our HomeGoods team as a Backroom Processing Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and providing a personalized shopping experience.
  • Support the sales floor team by processing customer purchases, handling returns, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unpacking, stocking, and rotating products.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery efforts to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
