We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible intern to join our dynamic team at Alpha Vending LLC. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our daily operations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing information and research materials, including creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations.
- Take notes and memos during meetings, type documents, drafts, and reports, and sort and manage files.
- Run general industry-related errands and rotate through our divisions of responsibility to provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
- Accept designated business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final projects during the internship.
- Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales support.
- Learn and become proficient on internal software systems.
- Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms, and update company calendars.
- Attend company functions and networking events.
- Shadow multiple positions and train in a variety of tasks.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
