Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily job progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to customer deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain necessary order forms for Creatria.
  • Oversee the quoting and printing workflow from request initiation to job finalization.
  • Maintain a monthly spreadsheet to track external vendor expenses for accounting purposes.
  • Facilitate job delivery and closure within the SupportCenter.
  • Coordinate and manage all Planning for Success jobs through the system.
  • Provide training to community staff on the procedures for ordering Planning for Success materials.
  • Ensure the printing department workspace is organized and clean.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with advertising, media, print, and design terminology.
  • Experience in corporate communications.
  • Preferred experience in print procurement.
