Position Summary
We are in search of a skilled and driven Construction Foreman to enhance our workforce.

Job Type
This is a Full-Time Position, with Seasonal employment options available based on candidate preference.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Additional Benefits
Vehicle Reimbursement Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction crews with hands-on involvement; experience in equipment operation is preferred.
- Perform necessary duties to ensure the smooth progression and completion of construction projects.
- Possess an understanding of the challenges and rewards associated with crew leadership.
- Interpret plans and specifications accurately.
- Utilize GPS for layout and as-built documentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to measure, calculate, and establish grades for various projects.
Required Experience
Proven experience in supervising the construction and repair of:
- Sewer mains and storm drainage systems.
- Manholes and catch basins.
- Water mains and services.
- Sidewalks and ADA compliance.
- Street construction and reconstruction.
