Construction Supervisor

Position Type: Full Time / Seasonal (flexible based on candidate preference)

Compensation: Salary based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction crews with hands-on involvement; equipment operation experience is preferred.
• Oversee tasks necessary for the smooth execution and completion of construction projects.
• Recognize the challenges and rewards associated with crew leadership.
• Interpret and understand project plans and specifications.
• Utilize GPS for layout and as-built documentation.
• Demonstrate the ability to measure, calculate, and establish project grades.

Experience Required in Supervising and Repairing:

• Sewer mains and storm drainage systems.
• Manholes and catch basins.
• Water mains and service lines.
• Sidewalks and ADA compliance.
• Street construction and reconstruction.
