About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans for clinic implementation at new sites, including land procurement and installation of FF&E.
  • Design and plan facilities layouts to ensure safe and effective performance of medical clinical staff and clinical operations support staff.
  • Manage ongoing and recurring real estate permitting, licensing, and renewals.
  • Evaluate and select vendors for implementation and ongoing maintenance of clinics.
  • Oversee the implementation of a preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Plan, schedule, supervise, and participate in day-to-day general maintenance and repair of all HHB property, plant, and equipment.
  • Report and document maintenance activities in compliance with company policy and regulations.
  • Supervise, prioritize, motivate, monitor, and evaluate the work of direct reports.
  • Negotiate, supervise, evaluate, and monitor contract maintenance services for effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with local vendors for property, plant, and equipment maintenance as required.
  • Ensure all equipment remains in proper working order and compliance with standard operating procedures and safety standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to assist with professional development of direct reports.
  • Support the maintenance and support of equipment and software.
  • Communicate across departments.
  • Travel: Approximately 50% travel within all markets of operation and corporate geographies as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years vocational or technical course work.
  • Five years progressively responsible experience performing skilled maintenance and repair work on commercial buildings and grounds.
  • 2 years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with land acquisition.
  • Experience with initiation of facility licensing and permitting.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle safely and in compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects.
  • Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and climbing.
  • Extensive amount of physical effort required associated with lifting, moving, and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Salary

$60,000 to $75,000/annually
