Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of commercial experience working with marketing and/or sales
  • Track Record: Track record of success leading large, cross-functional, and complex projects/programs
  • Skills: Understanding of various marketing & commercial functions and responsibilities, project management methodologies and tools, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, experience with risk management and issue resolution, proficiency in project management software and tools, and MS Office applications
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business or related field, Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), background in medical devices, experience leading marketing, commercial, or digital initiatives
