About the Role

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our collision repair center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate collision damage and perform body repair on vehicles
  • Work with the estimator to determine the cost of repair
  • Perform repairs, including straightening bent bodies, replacing body parts, removing dents and damaged panels, and refinishing metal using various tools
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with automotive collision training highly preferred
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and high-quality work
  • Ability to work well with co-workers and maintain a productive and safe work environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand manufacturer's specifications
  • Ability to perform all job functions that require bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
