Maternity Care Nurse Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional maternal healthcare services as a Registered Nurse at Major Hospital. With a focus on delivering quality clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction, you will be part of a team dedicated to upgrading the level of health and wellness in our community.
Responsibilities- The successful candidate will administer nursing care to patients via the nursing process, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
- Instruct patients and significant others in health care practices, working collaboratively with other health team members.
- Stay up-to-date with hospital policies and procedures, ensuring evidence-based practices are applied.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a BSN or commitment to obtain within 6 years.
- Must possess a current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification is required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
