IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a committed IT Support Specialist to enhance our innovative workforce. This position focuses on the support and management of our IT systems, including computers, servers, and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will also lead the Help Desk operations and assist with various technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver both on-site and remote technical assistance to staff.
  • Facilitate system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
  • Conduct routine system maintenance tasks such as updates, patching, and user account management.
  • Oversee Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Prepare and support equipment for events, ensuring precise inventory management.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Occasional travel within the US to client locations may be required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and MacOS.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills and knowledge of antivirus, malware, and email security solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, following departmental guidelines.
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Skilled in documenting troubleshooting processes and system configurations.
  • Physical capability to occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift/move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
