Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Branch Performance: Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including revenue growth, customer loyalty, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Build a high-performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
