We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic Interventional Pain, PM&R, or Neurology Physician to become a vital part of our healthcare team.
Our Commitment:
We prioritize our patients' needs and ensure that they receive comprehensive care. New patient consultations are scheduled for 30-45 minutes, while follow-up appointments are allocated 30 minutes to foster thorough communication and care.
Ideal Candidate:
The perfect candidate will possess exceptional patient management skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit to work within a multidisciplinary team. We welcome applications from various medical backgrounds, including PM&R, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Neurology, and Family Practice with Sports Medicine experience.
Practice Locations:
The selected physician will provide care across multiple offices, necessitating licensure in both Delaware and Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial medical consultations and follow-up care for patients.
- Recommend and perform diagnostic tests to assess injuries and determine treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic labs and imaging, including in-house neurocognitive assessments.
- Manage the diagnosis and treatment of occupational and motor vehicle injuries, as well as mild to moderate head injuries and post-traumatic headaches.
- Prepare patients for their return to work following illness or injury.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with in-house therapy services as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold the organization's mission to deliver exceptional patient care while aligning with company goals.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Sports Medicine.
- Unrestricted medical license in Delaware and Maryland.
- Favorable malpractice history.
- Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- DEA license.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with coverage across three offices.
- No on-call duties or weekend shifts.
