Job Title: Donor Relations Specialist

Join Faith Regional Health Services as a Donor Relations Specialist and play a vital role in advancing our mission to serve Christ by providing exceptional medical services. As a key member of our Foundation team, you will be responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with donors, identifying new opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase philanthropic support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, identifying new opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase philanthropic support, including major gifts, planned giving, and special events.
  • Collaborate with Foundation staff to identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants and corporate sponsorships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Foundation Operations Supervisor to ensure effective communication and coordination of fundraising efforts.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of sales, non-profit, or fundraising experience required.
  • Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) preferred.
  • Current, valid driver's license issued in the state of legal residence required.
