Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Preferred Podiatry Group PC. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality podiatric care to patients in long-term care facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients, including assessing, diagnosing, treating, and evaluating abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limb.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to prevent wounds and immobility, and provide foot health education to patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Participate in quality measure programs to demonstrate the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Podiatry.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the podiatry space, preferably in long-term care facilities.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Practitioner.
  • BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource.
  • ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource (preferred).
