Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and manage Salesforce workflows, processes, and approval processes
- Manage user and license settings, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules
- Conduct proactive platform maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and optimizer
- Administer the CPQ module, configuring product catalogs and selling rules for complex business scenarios
- Identify opportunities to automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, and validation rules
- Manage low-code data set integrations and identify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange
- Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Flow builder
- Experience with Conga Composer and Docusign
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its configuration
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
